Many repairs can be done the same day. Your machine is examined when you bring it into the service center and a estimate will be given at that time. I do not charge a diagnostic fee for a visual inspection where the machine is not taken to the work bench. In the event a machine needs to be taken apart to give an accurate estimate, there will be a diagnostic fee which is included as part of the repair.
We carry Genuine Kirby Parts, supplies and cleaning products for your machine and home.
While Kirby does not permit our selling of their products through the website, I do ship products, and parts via UPS to your home. Just call or email me and I'll get back to you you as soon as possible. you can also leave a message by clicking the icon at the bottom right corner of this page.
